Please review the following details if you have reserved a Roses Only Slot for May 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th.
Pick up
- You'll have a 30-minute window from your scheduled pick-up time to collect all items.
- If you miss this window, your slot may be unassigned without compensation and may result in a warning.
Unassignment
If you cannot commit to your run, you must unassign the run as soon as possible. Very late unassignment may result in a warning.
Delivery
These are flower deliveries - please deliver them immediately to prevent damage and ensure timely drop-offs.
Slot cancellations
- If Sherpa cancels your Slot within 12 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, you will receive $63.69 (including GST) in compensation.
- Cancellations made outside the 12-hour window will not be compensated.
Return policy
- For runs on May 9th, 10th or 12th, you can return the items on the same day or next day.
- For runs on May 11th, you can return the items the next day.
Please note: If returning multiple items, payment will be calculated for a single return job which will be based on the furthest drop from the pick-up point.
Mother's Day is one of our busiest days, and your cooperation is appreciated. Please keep your phone lines open, as we may reach out for ETA updates. If we do not hear from you for an extended period of time, we may need to unassign your run with no compenstaion.
