Why has my account not been approved yet?

The Sherpa Onboarding process can take approximately ten business days, depending on how quickly you complete the onboarding steps. The reason for this timeframe is due to the number of drivers we have each day signing up with us, as well as the amount of work required to check and confirm all your documents and information. 

Sometimes your account might not be approved because we are still waiting on more information from you. If this is the case, we will get in touch via SMS or email, so please keep an eye out. 

Another reason why your account has not been approved yet could be that you're applying to drive in a city or area where we do not currently operate. You can check out all our locations in Australia on our website.
