I’ve arrived at the pickup location and have been asked to wait. What should I do?

If you are made to wait at either the pick-up or drop off location while making a delivery with Sherpa, you will be reimbursed for this time as long as we have valid GPS locations from you.

Please make sure you keep your location sharing with the Sherpa Driver app enabled for the entire duration of your wait time, otherwise you will not be eligible to get your wait time reimbursed.
