I’m running late for a delivery. What should I do?

If you are running late for a delivery, please contact the user who booked the delivery to notify them.

It's always best to keep the client in the loop in the instance their customer (your recipient) contacts them for an update.

If you cannot get ahold of the client, contact Sherpa Support via the live chat in the Sherpa Driver app or give us a call. Please let us know why you are running late and your estimated time of delivery.
