Your first action should be to ensure you have pulled over the vehicle into a safe place, away from free-flowing traffic and other obstacles such as pedestrians.
If you have broken down either on the way to a pick-up location or with items on board during a delivery, your next action is to get in touch with Sherpa Support as soon as possible either through Live Chat on the Driver App, or give us a call.
If you have a delivery on board, we will attempt to find another driver who can make the delivery on your behalf.
