Sometimes you can arrive at the pick-up or delivery location, and no one is available.
If you're waiting at the pick-up location, you should first attempt to contact the user who booked the job. If you cannot get in touch with them, contact Sherpa Support via live chat or give us a call.
If you're waiting at the delivery location, you should first attempt to contact the recipient of the delivery. If you cannot get in touch with them, next step is to contact the user who booked the job. They may have alternative contact details for the recipient. If you also cannot get in touch with the user, please contact Sherpa Support via live chat or give us a call.
Please note, if you have to wait at either the pick up or delivery location, you will be reimbursed for this time. You can read more about Wait Time Fees here.
