How do I know if a delivery is fragile?

Knowing if a delivery is fragile is important, as it means you need to take extra care when handling it!

Once you accept a job, there is an easy way to distinguish whether an item is fragile:

  1. Open the Sherpa Driver app

  2. Click on My Jobs
  3. Select the job you wish to check whether it is fragile

  4. Check the bottom of the screen for the green FRAGILE tick box, as seen on the below screenshot
