When a user logs a delivery, sometimes the payment doesn’t go through immediately. This could be due to an issue with their card, their Sherpa account, or a technical delay from our end.
If this happens, the job status will be shown as Awaiting Payment. When a delivery is awaiting payment, you will not be able to access the full details of the delivery.
You need to wait for the delivery status to change to Paid before being able to start the delivery.
If the delivery is still awaiting payment for more than five minutes, please contact Sherpa Support via live chat and we will get in contact with the user right away.
