There is no one at the pick up location, and the sender is not answering their phone. What should I do?

If you arrive at the pick-up location and the user is not on-site or responding to your calls, please contact Sherpa Support as soon as possible. 

You can contact us via live chat in the Sherpa driver app, or give us a call.

We will attempt to get in touch with the user from our end and let you know what the next steps are.
