Authorisation To Leave
If the recipient is unavailable and you have ATL, first assess if there is a safe place to leave the item.
- If there is a safe place: Leave the item and take a photo of where the item was left
- If there is no safe place: Contact the recipient, asking if there is a neighbour or somewhere else to leave the items. If there isn't an alternative or the recipient did not answer, book a return or redelivery through the app.
No Authorisation To Leave
If the recipient is unavailable and there is NO ATL, first contact the recipient. If they are unavailable or you cannot get in touch with them, book a return or redelivery through the app.
If a return or delivery is required, you will be paid for this.
