This is also known as Wrong Item Count.
If you have collected a delivery and the item quantity doesn't match what is noted in the Sherpa App, please first check with the user at the time of pick up. While you are on site collecting the items, you can quickly ask them if this is the correct items for the delivery.
If you have not noticed this mismatch in item quantity until delivery, please get in touch with Sherpa Support as soon as possible. You can do this by using Live Chat in the Sherpa Driver app - the chatbot can handle wrong item counts for you, so you don't need to queue to speak to an agent!
