If you wish to report an incident such as violence, aggression or other threatening behaviour which occurred during a delivery with Sherpa, please let us know by filling out the the Request Form
Once we have the report, we will follow up and take appropriate action with the customer and/or recipient. Depending on the severity of the incident, we may reach out to you for more information.
