Resolving Access Issues with Your Sherpa Account

If you can't access deliveries or other information in your Sherpa account, there may be a technical fault.


1. Update the App:

To update your app, visit your Google Play Store or App Store, search for Sherpa Driver, and ensure you have the latest version.


2. Contact Sherpa Support:

  • Live Chat: Open your Driver app and use the Live Chat feature to reach Sherpa support.
  • Help Centre: Alternatively, submit a ticket through the Help Centre for assistance.
