If you accept a delivery that you are no longer able to complete, you can unassign yourself from it via the following steps. Do this as soon as possible. This is so we can open the job up to other drivers to ensure the items are delivered to the recipient on time:
- you can only unassign yourself via the app before "arrived for pick-up"
- if you want to unassign yourself from a delivery during or after pick-up, you need to contact support
- unassignments <5 min after accepting does not impact your unassigment rate
- frequent late unassignments may result in a warning
