Uploading your Sherpa Onboarding documents to WorkPro

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Sherpa community.

We use WorkPro to conduct Police and Work Rights checks, and to collect and verify your onboarding documentation securely. 

Before we can approve your account and get you out on the road, we need you to complete the following tasks within WorkPro:

  • Complete a Work Rights Check
  • Upload either an existing Australian Police Check OR complete a new Police Check*
  • Upload your Driver or Rider licence
  • Upload proof of third party or comprehensive Vehicle Insurance

* If you do not have an existing Police Check, we recommend you wait until you've passed the on-boarding video interview before commencing your Police Check as there are costs involved.

How to upload your documents to WorkPro

We recommend you complete these steps on a desktop or laptop computer, and have your documents available on that device to upload.

  1. Navigate to https://my.workpro.com.au/clients/sherpa on a desktop/laptop computer (a mobile phone is not suitable for uploading documents to WorkPro)

  2. If you do not have a WorkPro account, select 'Create your WorkPro account' using the same email you've used for your Sherpa account.

    If you already have a WorkPro account, login with your existing username and password.

    Important: If you use different email addresses for WorkPro and Sherpa, your documents will not be sent to us for approval. Please contact support if this is the case. 

  3. When you log in to WorkPro for the first time, you'll be prompted to select 'Start a new session' and use the Token (see list of Tokens below) that best matches the city you will be delivering in.

    If you've logged in before and already added the token, you can select 'Continue a Session'

  4. Once you've signed in, select the 'View tasks' link to see a summary of the tasks you need to complete, separated into 'Tabs'

  5. Review the Summary and check each Tab for the checks and documents you need to provide for Sherpa.

  6. For each task or document request, carefully read the instructions and pay attention to the required fields and format of the information required.

  7. Upload your documents as prompted. If you wish to edit or update them, you can select the document again to make the changes as needed.

  8. Once you've passed the communication test and all your documents and checks have been validated by our onboarding team, you'll receive an email from us with next steps. 


Note: For security and privacy purposes, you must upload your documents via WorkPro - emails will not be accepted.
