Setting Up Your Driver Profile Photo

1. Upload Your Profile Photo: When setting up your account, you will be prompted to upload a picture of yourself.

 

2. Ensure Your Photo Meets These Requirements:

  • No hats or sunglasses (eyeglasses and religious garments are accepted).
  • Show your full face and top of shoulders.
  • Use good lighting.
  • Make sure the photo is not blurry.
  • Only you should be in the picture.
  • Your face should be centred in the frame.

 

Additional Tips:

If possible, smile and use a solid background.

Important Note: For security reasons, your profile photo can only be uploaded once. If your appearance has changed since your original photo, please follow these steps provided to update it.

 

1.Submit a Ticket to Help Centre:

  • Go to our Help Centre and submit a ticket requesting a profile picture update.
  • Attach the image you'd like to use as your new profile picture.

2. Sherpa Support Team Processing:

  • Our Sherpa Support team will process your request promptly, usually within a few hours.
