We understand some deliveries require extra care, especially those that are fragile. Sherpa has strict guidelines for customers to follow when packaging fragile items. This ensures they are well protected for when our drivers are delivering.

Please note we do not deliver extremely fragile items such as balloons or tiered wedding cakes. If a delivery is booked for an extremely fragile item like these, as a Sherpa driver partner, you reserve the right to decline the pick-up on arrival.
