What if onboarding is inactive in my area?
If onboarding isn't currently active in your region, you'll see a notification banner, and your application won't be prioritised. Our agents will be unable to assist you with onboarding until it becomes active in your location. Rest assured, Sherpa will email you an invitation to onboard when driver demand increases in your location.
