Provide Proof of Address

  • Updated

If the address on your Sherpa account differs from your driver's license or if you have an international driver's license, Sherpa may request alternative Proof of Address. Here's how you can provide it:

Documents Accepted:

  • Contract of Purchase or Lease: Provide a current lease or rental document for the specified address. A receipt alone is not acceptable.
  • Australian Taxation Office (ATO) Assessment: You can submit an assessment from the last or current financial year issued by the ATO.
  • Utility Accounts: Provide utility bills (Electricity, Gas, Telephone, Water) that show your street address. The bills must be paid within the last 3 months. Alternatively, you can provide a bank statement received within the last 3 months.

Uploading Documents:

If Sherpa requires one of these documents for alternative Proof of Address, you will receive a separate link to the WorkPro platform.

Click on the link provided to access WorkPro.

1. Log In to WorkPro:

      • Use your credentials to log into your WorkPro account.

2. Upload Documents:

      • Navigate to the section where you can upload documents.
      • Select the type of document (e.g., lease agreement, utility bill, ATO assessment).
      • Upload a clear and legible copy of the document.

3. Submit:

      • After uploading the document, submit it through the WorkPro platform.

4. Confirmation:

      • You will receive confirmation once your alternative Proof of Address document has been reviewed and approved.

Providing accurate and up-to-date Proof of Address ensures compliance with Sherpa's requirements, helping you maintain your driver status on our platform.
