Uploading a Drivers Licence in Workpro

WorkPro is an external platform used by Sherpa to securely manage your documents and ensure compliance with legal working rights and criminal history checks.


Follow these steps to upload your Drivers Licence:

1. Login to WorkPro:

  • Use your existing Sherpa-linked WorkPro account to log in.

 

2. Enter Your Token:

  • Copy the token you received via email and enter it to start a new session.
  • Didn't receive a token? Contact Sherpa Support via Live Chat in your Driver app or submit a ticket through the Help Centre to get a new one.

3. Navigate to 'Licences & Tickets':

  • Select 'Licences & Tickets' from the menu.

4. Add Your Licence:

  • Click on 'Add Licence.'

5. Upload Both Sides of Your Licence:

  • Make sure to upload both the FRONT and BACK of your licence.
  • Look for the two green ticks to confirm both sides are successfully uploaded.

6. Edit If Necessary:

  • If you made a mistake, use 'edit' to make changes.
  • Do not use 'delete' as this will remove your license from Sherpa's view permanently.
