WorkPro is an external platform used by Sherpa to securely manage your documents and ensure compliance with legal working rights and criminal history checks.
Follow these steps to upload your Driver Licence:
1. Log in to WorkPro
- Go to https://my.workpro.com.au/clients/sherpa
- Log in using the email address that you use for Sherpa
2. Enter your token
- Select 'Start a new session'
- Copy the token you received via email
- Didn't receive a token? Contact Sherpa Support via Live Chat in your Driver app or submit a ticket through the Help Centre to get a new one.
3. On the left panel, select 'Tasks'
Then, select 'Licences & Tickets'
4. Add your Driver Licence
- Select 'Upload new' to add your licence
5. Upload your licence
- Complete all required fields in the form
- Upload clear scans of your Driver Licence (front and back)
If you've made a mistake, use 'Edit Licence' to make changes.
⚠️ Do not use 'Delete Licence' as this will remove your licence.
