Accessing your WorkPro Account
Here's a guide to creating an account in WorkPro.
Quick tips
- Use the link https://my.workpro.com.au/clients/sherpa (this is also available in the email you received from us).
- If you don't already have an account in WorkPro, sign up using the same email you've used for your Sherpa account.
Police Checks
Here's a guide to completing a Police Check.
Quick tips
- You are required to enter at least 7 years of address history, which can include overseas addresses.
- If the 'Next' or 'Submit Check' button does not appear, that means you're missing some required information.
- If you are a non-Australian citizen, please upload either your ImmiCard or complete a VEVO check using your overseas passport for the Commencement of Identity category.
- Each document that you upload must be current and not expired.
