I've been blacklisted, what does that mean?

  • Updated

Sherpa expects Driver Partners to maintain a professional standard when performing deliveries for our clients. Failure to meet these standards can result in blacklisting.

What are the different types of blacklists?

Blacklisting can occur for various reasons:

  1. Blacklisted from the platform - for repeated policy violations, unethical conduct or major RSA failures. You will lose access to all deliveries.
  2. Blacklisted from a specific business or store's deliveries - for negative feedback from that specific store/customer. You will no longer be able to see or accept deliveries from the nominated store or business.
  3. Blacklisted from alcohol deliveries - for repeated RSA breach and failures.
  4. Blacklisted from deliveries requiring an ID check - for not checking ID for deliveries that require it.
  5. Blacklisted from fragile deliveries - for delivering items in a damaged state.

How do I find out if I've been blacklisted?

When you are blacklisted, you will receive an email detailing the reason(s) for the decision.

Can I dispute this decision?

Blacklisting cases are thoroughly investigated prior to making a decision. However, if you feel you have been unfairly treated, you can request a review by contacting support@sherpa.net.au.

Can I request a blacklist to avoid accepting deliveries from a store or business I don't get along with?

Yes, you can request a blacklist to opt out of receiving job offers or seeing jobs from specific stores or businesses. Sherpa offers this to give Driver Partners choice and control. To request a blacklist, contact support@sherpa.net.au
