How does it work?
Clients now have the option to add an extra layer of security for their deliveries. When you arrive for drop-off, the recipient will provide you with a 6-digit code. This code is crucial to complete the delivery successfully.
The code is your key
At drop-off, ask the recipient for the 6-digit code they received via email and text message. You have 3 attempts to enter the correct code. If you fail all 3 attempts, contact Sherpa Support for further instructions.
