Roses Only Event Days

Please review the following details if you have reserved a Roses Only Slot for any day in December 2025. 

 

What is a Slot? 

A Slot is a pre-defined delivery window during which you complete assigned deliveries from Roses Only for a guaranteed earnings amount.  

Before accepting a Slot, you can review key details, including: 

  • Pick-up suburb
  • Delivery area
  • Item types 
  • Expected job count 

 

What happens when you accept a Slot 

By accepting a Slot, you agree to: 

  • Completing all assigned deliveries within the Slot duration 
  • Accept any jobs allocated to the Slot 

Please note that all job assignments are managed solely by Sherpa and individual job prices are replaced by the fixed Slot fee.

 
Pick up requirements 
  • Please arrive at the pick-up address at least 15 minutes before the Slot start time. 
  • You'll have a 30-minute window from your scheduled pick-up time to collect all items. 
  • If you miss this window, your slot may be unassigned without compensation and may result in a warning. 
 
Unassignment policy 

If you cannot commit to your run, you must unassign the run as soon as possible. Very late unassignment may result in a warning, and repeated instances may lead to being blocked from future Slots. 

 

Delivery requirements 

These are flower and/or hamper deliveries - please deliver them immediately to prevent damage and ensure timely drop-offs. 

Please be mindful of the deliver by times: 

  • Business address: Deliver before 5 pm 
  • Residential address: Deliver before 6 pm

     

Slot cancellations 

  • If Sherpa cancels your Slot within 60 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, you will receive $63.69 (including GST) in compensation. 
  • Cancellations made more than 60-minutes before the pick-up time will not be compensated.

 

Return policy 

Items can be returned on the same day if the warehouse is still open. Otherwise, please return them the next day.

Delivering on a Saturday? The warehouse will likely be closed on Sunday. Please return the items on Monday instead.

Please note: If returning multiple items, payment will be calculated for a single return job which will be based on the furthest drop from the pick-up point. 

 

Event Days are one of our busiest days, and your cooperation is appreciated. Please keep your phone lines open, as we may reach out for ETA updates. If we do not hear from you for an extended period of time, we may need to unassign your run with no compensation.
