Can't find your account? Password not working? It happens to the best of us! Here is a step-by-step guide and some tips for signing up and logging in to your Sherpa driver account

Creating your Sherpa Driver account
- Head over to our Sherpa Driver signup page
- Fill out all of the fields including
- Legal first name and last name
- Email address - make sure this is one you check often, as it will be used for all your Sherpa account and onboarding instructions
- Mobile phone number - make sure this is the phone number you intend to use when completing deliveries for Sherpa
- Home address - we'll check this against your other documents during onboarding
- Preferred work days and hours - your best guess will do! (you are free to chose your hours and days with Sherpa)
- Password - follow the password instructions and make sure you can recall it when you next log in
- At least 8 characters
- One lowercase character
- One uppercase character
- One number
- One special character - Read the community guidelines and confirm you have done so
- Check your email - you'll receive an email to confirm your Sherpa account before you can log in to it
Once you've done these steps, you'll get a prompt to log in to your Sherpa Driver account for the first time.
Didn't work? Didn't receive a confirmation email from us?
Here are the main reasons you might get stuck, and how to fix them
- You filled the form out with a typing mistake in your email address - if you haven't received an email to confirm your account, this is likely - please try the form again.
- You didn't fill out all the fields - All information is necessary, if you didn't complete some of the information, the form would reset and provide you with error information. You will need to correct the mistakes and select 'Sign Up' again
- You've already signed up with the same email address - An email address can only be used once for a driver account. If you wish to change your email address, you can log into your existing account and change it there
- Your browser or mobile device is blocking the form - this is fairly unlikely, but you may try refreshing your browser cache, or restarting the driver app if you're using your mobile
- Your password does not meet the security requirements - check the password instructions under the password field
- Browser, Device or caching issues - Sometimes browsers and auto-fill rules reap havoc when signing up. If you're certain you're filling the forms correctly, try a different browser, or, if you haven't already, try logging in on the Driver app instead.
- Have you tried turning it on and off again? - We know, but hey, sometimes it just works!
Logging in to your Sherpa Driver account
Once you've confirmed your account:
- Head over to our Sherpa Driver sign in page
- Enter the email address and password that you used to created the account
- Select 'Remember Me' if you want your browser to retain your email address when you log in next
- Select 'Log in'
Didn't work? Here's a few things to try
- You haven't confirmed your Sherpa account - When you selected 'Sign up' we sent an email for you to confirm your account. If you don't recall doing this, please check your email and click the link within. Search for 'Confirm your account' as the email subject.
- Your password is incorrect - Make sure you're using the same password you used to sign up. If you can't remember it, you can reset your password here. You'll need the same email address you signed up with to do so.
- You entered your email address incorrectly - Double check you haven't made a typing error, and are logging in with the address that you confirmed when you signed up.
- You've signed up for a Sherpa Sender account instead of a Sherpa Driver account - Oops! Double check you've downloaded the right app! ('Sherpa Driver' is the name of the app in the App Store and Google Play). The correct sign up browser link is: Sherpa Driver sign in page.
- You deleted your account - If you previously deleted your Sherpa account, you will not be able to log in using the same information you used for your previous account.
- Browser, Device or caching issues - Sometimes browsers and auto-fill rules reap havoc when logging in. If you're certain you're using the correct login details, try a different browser, or, if you haven't already, try logging in on the Driver app instead.
- Have you tried turning it on and off again? - We know, but hey, sometimes it just works!
