Any Drive Yello courier who was active or approved on the Drive Yello platform in the last 12 months should have received an invitation to claim their account.

However, if you have been suspended on the Drive Yello platform, you would not have received an invitation from Sherpa. In this case, you will need to start the onboarding process on Sherpa.
