I do not have an approved Sherpa account. What should I do?

If you completed deliveries or signed up to Drive Yello in 2024, your profile will be automatically transferred to the Sherpa platform. You just need to claim your account by setting up a new password.

Visit sherpa.net.au/dydriver to set up your account. These instructions have been sent to you via email as well - please check your spam folders.

To claim your account, please make sure you use the same email address as your Drive Yello account.

I have a Sherpa Account, but I’m NOT an approved driver on Sherpa. Can I start driving on Sherpa’s platform?

Yes. If you have an active account (meaning, approved to work and not deactivated) on Drive Yello, your status on your Sherpa account will also be approved.

  • Please ensure you have the latest Sherpa Driver App installed.
  • Log in with your Sherpa account email and password. If you’ve forgotten this password, follow the prompts to reset this.
