No. Your Sherpa Account is still valid. We have matched your accounts using the Name and Email you provided to Drive Yello. Ensure you have the latest Sherpa Driver App and sign in using the same email and your original Sherpa password. If you’ve forgotten this password, follow the prompts to reset this.
Please note that the credentials you supplied to Drive Yello have been merged with your Sherpa account. You will be prompted in the app to update these over time. Please do so as soon as possible after prompting.
