How does the 'Start/Stop' toggle work?

The toggle shows your current availability status:

  • When you see 'Stop', it means you're currently offline. You can tap on it to go online.
  • When you see 'Start', it means you're currently online and ready to receive job offers.

Start/Stop is a smoother experience

The toggle will automatically switch to 'Start' when you accept a job, making it easier fo you to stay connected to available work.

Accepted a 'Ready Now' job: When you choose a Ready Now job from the map - this tell us you're ready to 'Start'. We'll continue to send you best-suited jobs.

Accepted a 'Ready Soon' job: Once a job that was ready later in the day flicks over to the 'Ready Soon' delivery status, the 'Start' feature kicks in.

Can I still manually change my status?

Yes! You can always manually tap 'Start' or 'Stop' to adjust your availability, but the app will also make the changes for you when you meet the auto-switching conditions.

Can I choose which jobs I'm offered while on 'Start'?

Yes, you can. Head to your Notification Preferences, where you can customise the types of jobs you want to receive. For example, you can opt out of CBD or grocery deliveries if that is not your preference.
