How do I access and download my statements?

You can access your statements through either the driver app or the web portal. Instructions for both are listed below: 

 

Driver app access

  1. Log in to the Drive Yello app 
  2. Tap Invoices

  3. Select 'Financial year' or set a custom date range using the 'Select date range' filter.

    Confirm your email details

5. Your statement will be sent to your email. 

 

Web Portal access 

  1. Log in to the Drive Yello web app. Head to  https://driver.yello.delivery/site/login
  2. Go to Invoices 
  3. Select 'Financial year' or set a custom date range using the 'Select date range' filter.

  4. Confirm your email details

5. Your statement will be sent to your email. 

 

Platform access ends on July 31, 2025. After this date, you will no longer be able to access the Drive Yello platform. Please make sure to download your statements before then.
