- For the best access, park in the general parking area at Northbridge Plaza

Choose a spot close to the centre's entrance (the best spot would be near the Losurdo glass doors)
- Walk through the centre past the fruit market, then continue up the ramp.
Access to Woolworths
- Enter through the main Woolworths entrance inside the plaza
- Walk past the flower displays and the checkout zone
- Follow the aisle to the right where you'll see the trolley bay and the 'Online Orders' pickup door
Collecting your order
- At the Online Orders door, mark yourself as 'Arrived for pickup' in the app
- A Woolworths team member will bring the trolleys out to you - please do not walk into the Online Orders area

Once you've got your items, you must exit via the car park route as that's the only accessible path for trolleys
Pick up rules
- Only mark yourself as 'Arrived for pickup' for 2 orders at a time. This helps you avoid overloading and ensures on-time deliveries
- Deliveries must be completed within 30 minutes from pickup
- We will only assign as many orders as you can realistically complete within your booked slot

- Target is at least 4 orders completed per hour
- We will avoid overloading you, but Northbridge is a busy store and volume can move quickly, especially in the afternoons

- Slots are capped at 4 hours maximum
- You may book two slots per day, but not back-to-back. This ensures you get a break and can continue working safely on the platform
