Roses Only Event Days: Delivery Guidelines

  • Updated

Thanks for accepting a Roses Only slot. Here's everything you need to know to ensure a smooth, successful delivery experience - from pick-up to drop-off.

At pick-up

  • Please arrive on time - arriving within your pickup window ensures you have the best opportunity to be in and out of the warehouse in minutes.
  • If you are asked for a run/driver number, you can find it under the 'Consignment No' field. Pay close attention to the number, for example, 099 - that's how you identify which items belong to your run.

In transit

  • Keep the aircon on: Flowers absorb odour and are sensitive to heat. Keep your vehicle cool, clean and smoke-free at all times.
  • Avoid tampering: Do not make any adjustments to the flower/fruit arrangements. If you notice any damage at pick-up, please notify the warehouse team.
  • Handle with care: Flowers and fruits are delicate, please treat them with care. To avoid damaging the arrangements, please follow these steps:

    • Bouquets must be kept upright at all times.
    • Boxes must be kept upright and on a flat surface
    • Fruit boxes must be kept flat at all times.
