Here's what to do when you arrive at the delivery location:
- Verify the address and ensure you have the correct items.
- If the recipient is available:
- Deliver the item.
- Obtain a valid Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Complete the delivery prompt in the app.
- If the recipient is not available:
- If Authority to Leave (ATL) is provided:
- Find a safe place to leave the items.
- Take a valid Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Complete the delivery prompt in the app.
- If no ATL is provided:
- Follow the steps to arrange a paid return or redelivery through the app.
