My car broke down during a delivery, what do I do?

Whilst it's a requirement for Sherpa driver partners to ensure that their vehicle is in a maintained, clean and functioning condition, we understand that vehicle breakdowns are inevitable.

 

If you have broken down either on the way to a pick-up location or with items on board during a delivery, get in touch with Sherpa Support as soon as possible either through Live Chat on the Driver App, or give us a call.

 

Important: please take photo/video evidence of your vehicle's issue to dispute any automated warnings that may occur due to unassignment.

 

What happens if I have a delivery on board?

If you have a delivery on board, Sherpa will attempt to find another driver who can make the delivery on your behalf.
