1. Verify the Name: Ensure the name on the ID matches the order unless the order specifies someone else can collect it.
2. Check the Age: Make sure the recipient is over 18 years old.
3. Inspect the ID for Tampering: Look for signs of fraudulent identification or any amendments to the date of birth on the ID. For digital ID, this will have a different process. Ensure the digital ID is legitimate and not a screenshot by requesting the recipient to refresh the image.
