Do I still need to check the ID if I use the ID scan feature?
Yes. You must check that the ID is not expired, cancelled or otherwise invalid. To learn more about the ID scan feature, click here.
What should I do if the recipient doesn't have a valid ID?
If the recipient doesn't have any other valid form of ID, you need to log a paid return via the driver app. Select "recipient refuses to show ID/no valid ID" as the reason.
