What are the valid forms of ID across Australia?

In line with the state and federal Australian laws, Sherpa drivers must check a valid and accepted form of ID for age-restricted products. 

These accepted forms of ID will change based on the territory so be sure to research which forms of ID are valid in your state.

What should I do if the recipient doesn't have a valid ID?

If the recipient doesn't have any other valid form of ID, you need to log a paid return via the driver app. Select "recipient refuses to show ID/no valid ID" as the reason.
