Awaiting Payment

Q: I’ve accepted a delivery but the job is awaiting payment. What does that mean?
A: When a user logs a delivery, sometimes the payment doesn’t go through immediately. This could be due to an issue with their card, their Sherpa account, or a technical delay from our end. If this happens, the job status will be shown as Awaiting Payment. When a delivery is awaiting payment, you will not be able to access the full details of the delivery.

You need to wait for the delivery status to change to Paid before you can start the delivery. Do not proceed to the pick-up location until then. 

If the delivery is still awaiting payment for more than five minutes, please get in touch with Sherpa Support via our Help Centre. Our team will gladly assist you.
