What to Do When No One is Available at the Pick-Up Location

There is no one at the pick-up location, and the sender is not answering their phone. What should I do?

If you arrive at the pick-up location and the user isn’t there or isn’t picking up their phone, please contact Sherpa Support immediately. You can reach us through live chat in the Sherpa driver app or by giving us a call. Our team will be able to provide assistance.
