The item has been picked up by another Sherpa. What should I do?

Sometimes items can be collected by another Sherpa on accident if there are multiple orders from the same pick-up location. 

If you have arrived at the pickup location and the item have been picked up by another Sherpa, please contact Sherpa Support as soon as possible.
