The address is wrong, incomplete, or doesn’t exist. What should I do?

  1. Check for a Tag: Look for a tag on the items you're supposed to pick up or deliver. Often, the correct address will be written on the tag.
  2. Contact the Client: If the tag doesn’t have the correct address, reach out to the user who booked the job. Confirm the accurate address with them directly.
  3. Contact Sherpa Support: If you can't reach the client, get in touch with Sherpa Support using the live chat in the Sherpa Driver app or call us. Our team will assist you in resolving the address issue promptly.

 

Steps to take in the Sherpa Driver App

Follow these steps when encountering a problem with a delivery:

  1. Open the job details screen and tap on the (...) action menu/icon.

  1. Select Delivery Issues from the menu.

  1. Select Can’t find the address.

  1. Follow the app recommendations and log a return when every attempt to resolve the issue fails.

To minimise delivery issues:

  • Review Delivery Details: Before accepting or starting a delivery, review the address and notes carefully.
  • Communicate with Sender, Recipients, or Support: Don’t hesitate to reach out if you need assistance in completing the delivery.
