The address is wrong, incomplete, or doesn’t exist. What should I do?

Check for a Tag: Look for a tag on the items you're supposed to pick up or deliver. Often, the correct address will be written on the tag.

Contact the Client: If the tag doesn’t have the correct address, reach out to the user who booked the job. Confirm the accurate address with them directly.
