Report the Incident: If you experience hostility, violence, aggression, or other threatening behaviour during a delivery, take note of the details. Please only do this once you are safe.

Fill Out the Request Form: Report the incident to Sherpa by filling out the Request Form, you can also contact the support team, however the form is the best method.

Review and Action: Once Sherpa receives your report, we will take appropriate action with the customer and/or recipient.

Additional Information: Depending on the severity of the incident, Sherpa may contact you for more information.
