What happens when I receive bad feedback?

What happens after a delivery is completed?

Users receive an SMS asking them to rate their experience. It's extremely important that you do your best to give our users the best experience possible.

What does Sherpa do if a driver receives subpar feedback?

Sherpa investigates all issues to make sure we know exactly what happened. Generally, this means you will be contacted as part of this investigation process in order to maintain a fair and balanced investigation process.

Feedback also comes directly from clients who engage with their customers.

What actions might Sherpa take based on subpar feedback?

Depending on the situation, Sherpa may:

  • Issue a warning
  • Reduce the number of deliveries you can accept at once
  • Blacklist you from a specific user
  • Withhold payment for the delivery in question
  • Remove you from the Sherpa platform
