What happens when I receive bad feedback?

Once a delivery is completed, users receive an SMS asking them to rate their experience. Therefore it's extremely important that you do your best to give our users the best experience possible.

When a driver receives subpar feedback from a recipient, Sherpa investigates all issues to make sure we know exactly what happened. We will talk to the recipient and possibly yourself to determine the reason for this feedback and to get more information on the reason why this has occurred. 

Depending on the situation we may:

  • Issue out a warning

  • Reduce the amount of deliveries you can accept at once

  • Blacklist you from a specific user

  • Withhold payment for the delivery in question

  • Remove you from the Sherpa platform
