As a Sherpa Driver, our team may need to contact you about deliveries, checking your details, or availability. You can choose whether Sherpa Support contacts you by phone call or SMS.
If your contact preference has changed since you signed up, follow these steps to update it:
- Log into your Sherpa Driver App.
- Select 'My Account'.
- Choose 'Delivery Preferences'.
- Click 'Contact Preference'.
- Select your preferred contact method: SMS or Call.
How to Restart SMS Notifications from Sherpa
If you have opted out of SMS messages in the past and are still not receiving them after updating your contact preference in the app, follow these steps:

Restart SMS Services:
- If you previously opted out by texting STOP to our SMS messages, you need to restart the service.
- Text START to the following numbers:
0437 246 422
0476 856 250
Once you have re-initiated SMS messages, you can control them from the SMS Notifications screen in your Sherpa Driver App.
