What are the different types of deliveries I can accept?
Deliveries are presented in your app as coloured pins, indicating the type of delivery.
These deliveries/jobs can be individual (single pick up, single drop-off) or grouped as a 'Run' (single/multiple pick up, multiple drop-offs)
A delivery that has been price or points surged has the double chevron on the pin.
Why is it important to pay attention to delivery timeframes before accepting a job?
Delivery timeframes may vary, so it is crucial to review all job details carefully to make sure you have everything you need to complete it by its 'Due in' time. This helps you avoid increasing your Late Rate.
Are there any restrictions on accepting multiple jobs?
Yes. Your ability to accept jobs is based on 'driver capacity'.
Every job that you accept has a weighting. If the total weight of your jobs exceeds your capacity, you won't be able to accept new jobs until you've completed or unassigned some of your current jobs.
Can I accept multiple deliveries at once?
Yes, you can accept multiple deliveries depending on the job duration and your driver capacity.
For temperature-sensitive jobs (Woolworths only)
You can accept up to 4 Woolworths jobs with the same pickup time, provided that:
- The jobs are from the same store or from up to 2 different stores
- They are ready for pick up now and/or within the next 30 minutes.
⚠️ Please note: While you can accept 4 jobs, you'll only be able to pick up 2 at a time, then return for the others. This helps us maintain safe and compliant food delivery practices.
