These deliveries/jobs can be individual (single pick up, single drop-off) or grouped as a 'Run' (single/multiple pick up, multiple drop-offs)
A delivery that has been price or points surged has the double chevron on the pin.

Delivery timeframes may vary, so it is crucial to review all job details carefully to make sure you have everything you need to complete it by its 'Due in' time. This helps you avoid increasing your Late Rate.
Are there any restrictions on accepting multiple jobs?
Your ability to accept jobs is based on 'driver capacity'. The driver delivery capacity is 10 units.
Every job that you accept has a weighting - if the total exceeds 10, you cannot accept any new jobs unless you complete or unassign the ones you've already accepted.
