What is the temporary fuel surcharge introduced by Sherpa?
We've implemented a temporary fuel surcharge on jobs from participating clients in response to current fuel prices. This surcharge is passed directly to you.
How does the fuel surcharge work?
Some jobs will include an additional fuel surcharge. These are jobs from participating clients, and the surcharge is added on top of your earnings for that job.
Not all jobs will include a fuel surcharge as it only applies to jobs from participating clients. We're continuing to work with more clients to expand this across more jobs.
Where can I view which jobs are eligible for the fuel surcharge?
You can see the surcharge included in the earnings breakdown for each job. Go to Account > Job History > tap on the total amount on a job card to see the detailed breakdown.
How long will the fuel surcharge be in place?
This is a short-term measure while fuel costs remain challenging. We'll continue working with clients to secure ongoing support and will keep you updated as things evolve.
