When can I cancel a job?
You can only cancel a job if:
- The grace period has passed AND
- It's been 20 minutes since you arrived at the store for pickup and marked the job as 'Arrived for Pickup'.
This helps ensure that the store has had enough time to prepare the items.
Note: To be eligible for the cancellation fee, you must be at the pickup location for the duration of your wait.
This feature is being monitored to help prevent misuse, so it's important to use it only when appropriate.
